Terms of Service – Casakari Interiors

2. Our Services
Casakari offers complete interior solutions, including:
- Residential and commercial interior design
- 2D & 3D space planning
- On-site execution (carpentry, painting, tiling, electrical, civil, etc.)
- Material sourcing and management
- Post-completion service and limited warranty
Service scope and pricing are always defined in a signed Work Contract.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate site details (e.g., floor plans, dimensions)
- Respond to design approvals and decisions on time
- Ensure site access for Casakari teams during working hours
- Secure permits for structural changes if needed
- Not engage third-party vendors for overlapping work without our approval
Delays caused by client-side issues may result in additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Fee Structure
- Booking Deposit: 20% of the total quoted cost (non-refundable)
- Milestone Payments:
- 40% after design approval
- 30% at start of execution
- 10% at final handover
4.2 Additional Charges
- Design revisions after final approval: 15–25% increase
- Project delays due to the client: ₹5,000 per day demobilization fee
- Cost escalations in material due to market rates are billable at actuals
All payments are to be made as per the Work Contract shared during onboarding.
5. Intellectual Property
- All design concepts, drawings, visuals, and documents remain the property of Casakari until full payment is completed.
- You are granted a limited license to use the designs for your own space.
- You may not copy, share, or reproduce the designs for commercial or third-party use without written permission.
6. Workmanship Warranty
We provide a limited warranty on workmanship, applicable only to areas executed by Casakari. This excludes:
- Third-party work or materials
- Damage caused by misuse, water leakage, pests, or structural issues
- Normal wear and tear
Warranty terms are included in the project Work Contract.
7. Timeline & Delays
Project timelines are estimated based on approvals, payments, and site readiness. We are not liable for delays due to:
- Late approvals or payments
- Site inaccessibility
- Design changes during execution
- Force majeure (e.g., strikes, lockdowns, extreme weather)
Revised timelines will be communicated in such cases.
8. Use of Website & Platform
By using www.casakari.in, you agree not to:
- Copy or reuse our portfolio, images, or design materials
- Share confidential project details without consent
- Upload misleading or false information through contact forms
- Use our website for illegal, harmful, or disruptive purposes
All content is protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disagreement will first be attempted to be resolved via discussion or mediation in Delhi.
- If unresolved, binding arbitration will apply under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Legal jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts of [New Delhi/Delhi].
10. Termination Policy
- Casakari may suspend or terminate a project for repeated non-payment or breach of contract.
- Client may terminate the contract with a 30-day notice. Work completed and materials procured till date will be billed. Deposits are non-refundable.
11. Limitation of Liability
Casakari is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays caused by third parties or vendors
- Issues arising from client-supplied materials or contractors
- Errors due to inaccurate site inputs provided by the client
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government orders.
